Job Description
Position Objectives
To ensure products are produce in right quality and quantity
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To lead daily shift meeting.
- Record headcount attendance and location
- Establish performance line discipline.
- To ensure products in right quantity and quality (follow schedule plan)
- Coordinate with MI immediate leader organize line workload and staffing depending on product priority.
- To ensure products are produce in right to levelling fulfillment requirements and update.
- Enforce 5S activity.
- Updating shift changeover.
- To do BOM checking for change over.
- Updating hourly report.
- To check and do material TO confirmation
- Take immediate action on breakdown escalation.
- Responsible to safety update and environmental
- To do sing after inspect and confirm the defect of defective materials before disposal.
- Responsible for physical inventory count
- Follow up record training and operator skill check.
Qualifications :
- First experience 24 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to maintain a healthy working environment and teamwork in the department and with other department
