Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Content Specialist
Job Type: Full Time (Remote)
Salary: 1500 USD
Schedule: MF 9AM 5PM CST

Duties & Responsibilities

      1. Social Media Content Creation/Management

  • Create and deliver a consistent posting calendar and ensure timely delivery of social content.

  • Create curate schedule and crosspost engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook Instagram X/Twitter LinkedIn TikTok etc.).

  • Monitor and update content to align with brand messaging and goals.

  • Claiming and managing access of client social media accounts.

      2. Copywriting & Creative Development

  • Write compelling brandaligned copy for social media posts and captions.

  • Collaborate with the art team to produce visually appealing graphics and campaigns.

  • Ability to create a unique and organic brand voice for Americanbased companies across industries that include but are not limited to: automotive home improvement and entertainment.

      3. Website Content Management

  • Update client websites with new images content pages etc.

  • Ensure client websites are uptodate and content is accurate.

      4. Reporting

  • Produce monthly reporting to present results discuss performance insights and plan for upcoming initiatives.

      5. Brand Messaging & Communication

  • Ensure all content reflects the brand voice messaging and values of both MAN Marketing and our clients.

      6. Consultation & Training

  • Offer guidance on best practices and content marketing strategies.

  • Assist team members with tool training ensuring seamless platform use.

      7. Responsive Support

  • Quickly respond to client inquiries and requests.

  • Adapt content or strategy in real time to address trends issues or opportunities.

Key Skill Sets

  • Copywriting & Creativity: Ability to craft engaging onbrand messaging.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in insights tools and performance tracking.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain calendars meet deadlines and manage multiple platforms.

  • CustomerFocused: Responsive support and understanding of client needs.

  • Content Management System experience: Familiarity with CMS systems such as WordPress SquareSpace Wix Dealer.com (for automotive clients) and more.

  • Image Editing: Not required but experience with Photoshop/Canva/etc. would aid in executing in this role.
