Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Fully control and manage production personnel and all production activities.
- Issue production plans and tasks organize and control the progress of production operations.
- Monitor production status processes and targets promptly identify and resolve production issues and ensure the completion of production tasks.
- Enhance production efficiency improve product quality and implement improvement plans.
- Track and implement various KPI targets.
- Manage production materials including procurement and inventory control.
- Oversee the maintenance inspection and management of production equipment and strictly control the flow of production materials.
- Ensure the management of production safety.
- Train evaluate and manage production personnel maintain production discipline and order.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above with at least 5 years of working experience in production management.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent data collection and analysis abilities.
- High level of execution and coordination skills able to follow up on production anomalies and provide solutions promptly.
- Willingness to work overtime hardworking and responsible.
