Job Description
Strategy Development: Lead the design development and
implementation of business intelligence strategies that support the
company s goals and objectives.
Data Interpretation: Oversee the collection analysis and interpretation
of data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Software Proficiency: Develop and maintain business intelligence tools
systems and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various
stakeholders.
Cross Collaboration: Collaborate with key departments including sales
marketing production and finance to align business intelligence
initiatives with overall business strategy.
Data Compliance: Ensure data integrity accuracy and security in all
business intelligence processes.
Training & Development: Provide training and support to team
members and other departments on the use of business intelligence
tools and methodologies.
Market Research: Stay current with industry trends emerging
technologies and best practices in business intelligence and data
analytics.
Record Maintenance: Prepare and present reports to senior
management offering recommendations based on datadriven insights.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in data
analytics processes methodologies and tools.
Strategic Alliance: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
including partnerships joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Client Meetings and Presentations: Lead negotiations with key
stakeholders including clients partners and suppliers to secure
beneficial agreement
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Marketing or relevant field.
10 to 15 Years Experience in Business Intelligence.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention
to detail.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) data
analytics platforms and SQL.
Strong understanding of data warehousing data modelling and ETL
processes.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex
data in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in the crusher equipment manufacturing industry is highly
desirable.
Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends in business intelligence
and data analytics
