What your impact will be
Manage Influencer Program:
Establish clear goals and objectives for the program aligning with broader marketing and brand strategies.
Relationship Building and Community Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers serving as the main point of contact.
Foster a sense of community among influencers and encourage collaboration and interaction.
Organise events and activities to strengthen relationships within the influencer community.
Community Management
Responsible for publishing influencer content across social channels
Responding to comments on any influencer content
Campaign Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute influencer campaigns that align with our programs objectives.
Ensure influencer content is highquality engaging and adheres to our brand guidelines.
Creative Briefing
Create monthly creator briefs centred around our marketing calendar & objectives.
Feedback on content pitches and first drafts to ensure alignment with our brand messaging & social strategy.
Affiliate Marketing
Work closely with our Affiliate team to provide all influencers with bespoke codes.
Track and report on the performance of each code & make adjustments where necessary.
Program Performance and Improvement:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the influencer program using key metrics to assess success.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders and recommend adjustments to improve the program.
Industry Trends and Best Practices:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and community management.
Implement innovative strategies to keep our influencer program relevant and effective.
UGC
Brief and manage UGC content when extra activity is needed for our priority brand campaigns.
Qualifications :
Your expertise:
You have a proven track record of managing successful influencer programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Experience in community management and organising events.
Experience driving sales through influencer marketing.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong budget management skills.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
Desirable:
Ability to speak French or German is a plus.
