Role Summary:
- Implement the product strategy for HR Compliance products.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders balancing priorities revenue impact and clientfocused initiatives.

- Articulate near and longterm product strategies and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
- Define the product roadmap managing stakeholders in product engineering and operations.
- Balance immediate needs and longterm investments in the product roadmap aligning with priorities and strategic vision.
- Collaborate with teams to lead product vision define requirements and coordinate with shared resource teams.
- Analyze metrics to assess product health mitigate risks and use insights to refine the product roadmap.

- Industry Familiarity Knowledge of employer services with a focus on yearend tax statements (US Canada Puerto Rico) ACA reporting and pay statements.
- You will be reporting to the Director of Product Management Tax Credit and Incentives
Qualifications :
- 7 years of product management or related experience creating software products.
- Bachelors degree required Advanced degree
- Experience working with API integration and technical understanding of cloudbased platform architecture
- Experience in Employer Services
- Initiative taker comfortable to start projects from a blank sheet of paper
- Good technical experience in Agile delivery methodologies
