Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Document Control including managing receipts and transmission of project documents checking documents for compliance with standard procedures processing request for information (RFIs) and processing/tracking drawing submittals.
- Attend project meetings for documentation of action items and developing minutes.
- Project control assistance including purchase orders contract and subcontract change orders and Field work directives.
- Coordinate/Track shipping of materials and equipment to site
- Assist in the development of spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for project meetings.
- Setup and coordinate project meetings

- Candidates should be working toward a B.S or M.S degree in environmental geology civil or industrial focused programs (does not need to be an engineering student / trade school candidates will be considered also)
- Candidates with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above are strongly preferred. Candidates with the completion of 4 college semesters (rising Junior status) are strongly preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
