You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs jamedas Marketing Team Lead you will spearhead our efforts to generate highquality doctor and clinic leads and convert them into paying customers. Your portfolio includes call center paid and email marketing. You will be in charge of optimizing budget allocation and increase campaign performance across the customer funnel. You will utilize datadriven strategies to achieve objectives. You will manage a team of 3 marketing specialists report to the CEO and be part of jamedas Management team. You will work closely with the global Marketing team. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our growth in the highly competitive ehealth space.
1. Strategy and Execution
2. Campaign Management
Oversee the creation execution and optimization of campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Leverage A/B testing audience segmentation and creative analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics delivering actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Prepare regular reports for leadership showcasing progress toward KPIs and recommendations for future strategies.
3. Team Management
Manage mentor and develop a team of three performance marketers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Set clear goals provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.
Work closely with the global content design and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Partner with the Inbound Sales team to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and support revenue generation.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of managing highperforming teams and successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing tools such as Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager and marketing automation platforms.
Deep understanding of SEO SEM PPC and data analytics.
Experience with Hubspot Salesforce or similar CRMs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in the healthcare or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
