Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a passionate relationshipdriven HR Adviser to join our HR team based at our Capcoal Mine Site in Middlemount.

This fast paced and dynamic position is based on site where you will partner with the business to deliver the mines Human Resources services and performance targets and HR insights and influence that support business objectives and goals.

This role will be rewarding varied and you will be required to:

• Enabling the Human Resources business needs being met in line with the Capcoals strategy and Human Resources Plan.
• Manage a positive employee relations climate proactively underpinned with healthy human resources practices
• Support with advice across a broad spectrum of areas including recruitment HR metrics and development.

Qualifications :

Key to your success in this role will be your:

• Proven experience in a HR Generalist/Business Partnership role
• Knowledge of relevant state and Australian employment legislation.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to negotiate to influence and achieve stakeholder;
• A resilient nature with openness for change
• Demonstrated ability to drive best practice.
• Experience within the mining industry is preferred but not mandatory
