As our SAP Service Process Expert you are responsible for:
- The conception and implementation of new requirements in the service process area (customer service field service scheduling processes and the associated IT solutions (focus on CRM ERP CTI)).
- You translate customer requirements into technical specifications for implementation in IT systems.
- You are responsible for defining the process and designing solutions based on customer requirements as well as supporting the global sales and service organisations.
- You will be a part of a cross functional team in an international environment this will come with occasional business trips (20%).

Qualifications :
Our ideal candidate should:
- Have a university degree in business administration process management informatics or comparable.
- Have indepth application knowledge in the area of SAP CRM SAP CS or S/4HANA Service (customer service and field service or scheduling modules desirable) additional knowledge of the sales and marketing modules an advantage
- Have extensive experience in the application of project management methods (PEP and agile) as well as SAP rollout projects
- Have experience in translating customer requirements into technical specifications for implementation in IT systems
- Be a team player be flexible and enjoy new challenges.
- Have very good communication skills written and verbal.
- Have a strong customer orientation.
- Be a proactive problem solver.
- Have enthusiasm for IT and innovation as well as mobility (willingness to travel internationally)
