Job Description
Service Delivery Managers in this role get to:
Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs resolve issues and meet expectations
Ensure success: Coordinate with the implementation team for new account rollouts
Build the company: Seek develop and maintain relationships with clients; sustain and grow business partnerships by offering proactive solutions
Manage the workforce: Project and oversee staffing
Define Sutherlands reputation: Effectively deal with client complaints and issues
Qualifications :
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Bachelors degree holder.
- Customer service experience; managerial experience in a contact center setting.
- 1015 years of experience 23 years of experience managing customer service operations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data identify trends and make suggestions for improvements.
- Ability to be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a teamplayer.
- Ability to be customeroriented in managing communications and issues.
- Persuasiveness in communicating and presenting the scope of Sutherlands products to industry prospects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear constructive and professional manner.
