Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders including auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Support the Financial Manager in daily financial operations and longterm financial planning.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in finance accounting or a related field.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CPA ACCA) are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
