Guest Service Agent/ Night Auditor Part Time
Personality and Skills
To be successful in this role you will be a motivated and wellpresented individual preferably with experience in a similar role. Key to this role is the ability to assist the team with strong focus on guests and good time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient service for guest arrival and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate helpful information.
- Attend to all incoming calls and emails in a professional and polite manner constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Time management to complete shift checklist within given time frame.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
Qualifications :
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and Opera.
- Strong Communication Skills: Collaborative teamwork and excellent communication skills in English.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions with a guestfocused approach creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Local Knowledge: Knowledge of the local attractions in Melbourne.
- Flexible Availability: You will be required to work a range of shifts including mornings afternoons overnights weekends and public holidays.
