Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Manage and maintain servers storage and network infrastructure.
- Network Management: Design implement and manage network solutions ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues in a timely manner.
- Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect data systems and networks.
- Backup and Recovery: Manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations and procedures
- Project Management: Lead and participate in IT projects ensuring timely and successful completion.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 510 years of experience in IT system engineering or a similar role.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network CompTIA Security Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or similar.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware HyperV) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in managing enterpriselevel IT projects.
