Job Description
Scope : Conveyancing Commercial and Banking Law
Responsibilities:
- Oversee conveyancing transactions including property sales purchases and financing arrangements.
- Manage and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
- Advise clients on banking regulations and ensure legal compliance.
- Lead a team of junior lawyers and provide guidance on legal issues.
- Represent clients in legal matters and liaise with relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Law degree with qualification to practice in Malaysia.
- 3 to 5 years of legal experience.
- Expertise in conveyancing commercial and banking law.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
