Job Description
- To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store
- To carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
- Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
- To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
- To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees
- To provide excellent facetoface customer service to customers so that customers needs are met.
- To perform cashiering duties
- To comply with all operational standards
- Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Presentable
- Retail sales experience prefer skincare industry would be an advantage
- Able to work on rotational shift and public holiday
- Sales driven highly motivated passionate in retail
