Sales and Marketing Specialist Needed in Berlin!
Are you a native Dutch speaker looking for an exciting role in Sales and Marketing Join our dynamic team in Berlin and work with a top global brand in the social media sector. This is your chance to excel in digital marketing and make a significant impact.
Position Overview: Youll provide expert advice to clients on social media marketing evaluate ad performance and manage communications with advertisers. Your goal will be to optimize marketing strategies and drive success.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in Dutch with advanced English skills.
- Must have a valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship.
- Experience in sales marketing or digital ads is a plus.
- Understanding of social media advertising is essential.
Training Program: Expect a rigorous fourweek training program with two weeks of classroom instruction and two weeks of practical experience. The training is fully paid and includes Meta Blueprint Certification. Attendance is mandatory.
Key Duties:
- Offer digital marketing consultancy to clients.
- Analyze and report on social media ad performance.
- Conduct calls to assist with ad budgets and strategies.
- Apply marketing strategies to meet client KPIs.
- Monitor trends and provide campaign improvements.
Working Schedule:
- Fulltime position: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Working hours from 08:45 am to 05:15 pm with breaks.
