Senior Technical Sales Engineer
Dublin Ireland (Hybrid).
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with solid HVAC Sales experience gained in Ireland.
The Technical Sales Engineer will play a key role in implementing strategies aimed at developing & executing the growth strategy for the Irish market through achievement of both Group and local sales targets.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Collaborate extensively with consulting engineers and other construction stakeholders to address customer challenges and promote a valuebased selling approach.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver customerfocused presentations to promote Company products in your target market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets in your designated area.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while fostering longterm partnerships.
- Maintain indepth knowledge of product offerings technical specifications and their applications to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- Assess customer drawings and specifications to recommend and prepare proposal of suitable products.
- Manage quotation processes and ensure timely project acquisition
- Update and maintain customer data in the company CRM for efficient and accurate information management.
- Accountable for timely and accurate forecasting and reporting on orders revenue conversion rates and maintenance of overall pipeline.
- Leverage negotiation and closing skills to secure projects and meet personal KPIs.
- Enhance Companys reputation by delivering innovative profitable and strategic solutions.
Qualification experience & skills:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC Sales
- Must have working knowledge of the fundamental concepts of heating ventilating air conditioning & HVAC systems including basic knowledge of equipment control technology
- Team player with strong customer focused attitude
- Excellent customercentric and clientfacing skills
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Desire to meet and collaborate with customers on a weekly basis.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
