Role Overview:
Join a San Franciscobased AI startup specializing in AI Assistants. With a team of six and $10M in secured funding this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers while building the technical foundation of a fastpaced cuttingedge company. You will guide deployments debug issues enhance onboarding and collaborate with customers to maximize product value.
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $170000$240000
- Equity: Up to 1.5%
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical advisor offering expert support and building strong customer relationships.
- Guide customers through selfhosted deployments across cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and deployment methods (e.g. Docker Compose Kubernetes AWS ECS Helm).
- Debug and resolve complex deploymentspecific issues.
- Contribute to features that eliminate common deployment challenges.
- Optimize onboarding processes for a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer bridging gaps between Product and Customers.
