Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers of various clients
- Provide excellent customer service addressing questions and concerns
- Accurately enter information into our database
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement opportunities

* Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably call center related * Moderate level of computer knowledge * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Must be self-directed and self-motivated * Strong listening skills * Accuracy * Efficiency * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Requirements Active Phone line (mobile or landline) Mobile Device capable of downloading applications CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent) Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher
