Job Description
- Assist in optimizing account management processes to improve productivity and streamline operations for account managers.
- Support the automation of repetitive manual tasks to allow account managers to dedicate more time to strategic and highvalue activities.
- Develop and maintain automated solutions such as alert systems for identifying performance issues (e.g. high fail rates) to enable account managers to take timely and proactive action.
- Design and refine systems to generate automated datadriven pitch decks to enhance account manager meetings and improve client engagement.
- Identify areas for operational enhancement execute projects to improve workflows and contribute to initiatives that elevate client satisfaction and overall performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management operations sales operations or a related role with a focus on improving processes and driving operational excellence.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in any relevent disipline.
- Proven track record of contributing to automation initiatives and streamlining workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies for task automation CRM platforms and reporting systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights effectively.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects and adapt to fastpaced work environments.
- A customercentric approach focusing on optimizing account manager workflows to deliver better client outcomes.
