Job Responsibilities
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Vendors.
Building and maintaining strong longlasting relationships with vendors
Overseeing customer account management including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Prepare reports on account status.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by Vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Qualifications :
What we expect from you
You have successfully completed a bachelors or masters degree.
You have at least 2 years of work experience.
Strong Excel and data management skills.
We are dynamic you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
