Assist in managing customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the Clubhouse caterings daily operations including opening and closing procedures food & drinks service and cleanliness.
Collaborate with the Group Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures ensuring consistency in service and quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations food handling guidelines and sanitation standards.
Provide ongoing training and guidance to the staff ensuring they are wellequipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain highquality food standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork cooperation and professional
Responsibility for the P&L account for the catering at Elmwood golf course and associated cash handling & stock control
Ensure efficient inventory management including ordering and stocking of ingredients supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate execution of menu items maintaining consistency in taste presentation and portion control.
Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses including labour costs food costs and supplies to meet budgetary goals.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue and increase profitability.
Collaborate with the Group Manager to analyze financial reports identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft package.
Solid knowledge of food safety regulations health codes and sanitation practices.
Personal License Holder or willing to work towards gaining asap
Bar drinks and cellar management
Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
