Job Description
We have an fantastic new opportunity for a service orientated Floor Host to join the Portico family based with our team at a global management consulting firm in central London.
Our small team take care of all our clients front of house needs serving as the goto people in the office.
This is an exciting multifaceted position that has high levels of involvement in the reception operation ensuring a friendly welcome is given to all visitors. As well as hosting the client suites and taking care of the clients hospitality needs.
Hours: 40 hours per week 8hour shifts between 8am and 5pm from Monday Friday with some flexibility required for helping the client with early meetings and events when they happen in the evenings.
Salary: 29500 per annum
Qualifications :
We are looking for a friendly person with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exception experiences for our clients. They must have strong organisational communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of proactivity with a range of tasks.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service ideally within a corporate environment.
