Job Description
Portico are looking for several part time Community Hosts to build a brandnew team based at an exciting new campus in Birmingham.
The project is set to redefine the workspace experience in the city offering a large amenity space and setting a new benchmark for collaborative work environments. It is a bold reimagining of two buildings merged to create a dynamic new destination for work retail and leisure.
Our team will take full ownership of the front of house area within the property as well as helping the building management team with the smooth running of the property operations.
The Community Hosts will provide a seamless friendly and authentic end to end customer experience for tenants and their guests.
Hours: 32 hours per week. Available shifts are 7am2pm or 12pm7pm from MonFri
Salary:based on experience.
Qualifications :

Experience of working in a customer service role is essential
