Job Description
- Work closely with our Team Lead Risk Management & Internal Controls and our Head of Internal Audit on various projects throughout our European business
- Use internal controls and risk management to review our operations and to mitigate risks
- Identify risk factors and implement action plans to avoid transfer lower or accept risks
- Shape the way we work write internal policies check our guidelines and monitor the respective implementation
- Communicate and collaborate with various internal stakeholders
Qualifications :
- A degree in economics or in another relevant field
- First relevant experience in finance accounting internal controls or risk management
- Good analytical skills & attention to details along with a good command of Excel and Google docs
- Excellent communication skills and a curious & problemsolving mindset
- Ability to fluently communicate verbally and written in English German is a plus
