Job Description

As a member of our Employee WorkflowsSolutionConsulting team you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Employee Workflows product suite. You will help guide revenue for HR Service Delivery Workplace Service Delivery Employee Center Pro and other emerging Employee Workflows solutions withthesupportand partnershipofSalesProductManagement and the executive team.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable in a handson technical solution consultant role that has experience working with large Retail & Hospitality customers and is someone who can go wide and deep on all aspects of the ServiceNow platform during the sales cycle. Bonus points if you have experience at a ServiceNow partner or have spent time as a ServiceNow product owner as a customer.

What you get to do in this role:

  • The Employee Workflows Solution Consultantis a technical consultantwiththe advanced ability todevelop position andprovideproductspecificsolutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expertof the Employee Workflows product suite to work with some of the largest Retailers and Hospitality providers in the industry
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers challenges and give product demonstrations to align our Employee Workflows solutions with customer needs
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
  • Partner with Sales and Services to build out Business Value Assessments with Customers
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements thatcanaddress customer needs and guide additional value
  • Shareand learnbest practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings conferences user groups and trade shows

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7 years of presales solution consultingor sales engineeringexperience
  • OR 3 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience or ServiceNow platform/product owner experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutions
  • Familiarity with common industry standard HRIS integrations and Retail & Hospitality specific use cases
  • Understanding of the Generative AI space and experience demonstrating GenAI solutions a big bonus
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management product marketing partnersand professional services
  • Territory management skills including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
  • Willingness to travel throughout the United States as well as meet customers locally within Servicenow offices on a regular basis

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $126375 $208425 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
