Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Principal Product Designer to join our Central Teams.

Lead the charge:
Combine product design with technologies through collaboration creativity craft and proactive mindset.

Establish and uphold exceptional design standards ensuring every product we build delivers a delightful user experience.
Bridge the gap:
Foster seamless collaboration and project delivery within agile teams guiding stakeholders through effective design rituals and reviews.

Mentor and coach designers pushing them to reach their full potential by sharing best practices crafting bestinclass solutions barraising in design reviews and sparking inspiring conversations.
Navigate with purpose:
Translate user needs and business goals into innovative solutions that drive strategic success.
This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Berlin Helsinki or Stockholm.
Qualifications :
What youll do:
- Listen carefully. The better you understand our users problems the better your solutions will be. Its important for us to know we are solving for real people and not just the loudest voice in the room.
- Collaborate across teams. Youll partner closely with product engineering and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges. Youll provide the thought leadership to inspire and develop the right design direction. Together youll solve problems and come up with solutions that delight our users.
- Imagine the way forward. Youll take full ownership of your work and be responsible for every last detail every step of the way.
Who you are:
- Experience. Youve been designing for 10 years (app and desktop) for a consumerfocused tech company so you understand what it takes to create elegant consumeroriented experiences.
- Mastery. You are a versatile tshaped designer who uses a full range of skillsproduct design interaction design and visual designto ensure you deliver magical experiences to the customer.
- You have worked on ambiguous strategic projects are able to create clarity amid uncertainty and can guide team members through such projects
- You can quickly understand and give structure to new challenges; shape meaningful project briefs and align diverse business stakeholders behind a common vision
- Youre a strong communicator who can inspire teams towards action and empathy for the user.
- You have a peoplefocused design mentality ensuring that design always serves real human needs
