As we navigate the complexities of the energy sector we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the next generation of our platform. As a Senior Product Manager at Greenely you will be at the heart of our product strategy driving the vision development and growth of our innovative solutions. You will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring that our platform consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations while delivering commercial success. Your customerfocused approach will be instrumental in creating products that resonate with users and contribute to Greenelys mission.
Your Daily Impact:
Lead Product Strategy: Define and drive a product vision that aligns with Greenelys mission and business goals. You will prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and commercial opportunities ensuring the product roadmap delivers maximum value.
CustomerCentric Innovation: Develop products that solve real customer problems and enhance their experience. You will gather insights identify pain points and translate these into innovative solutions that delight users and drive engagement.
Balance Commercial Considerations: Ensure that product decisions take into account both customer satisfaction and business outcomes. You will work closely with sales marketing and finance teams to create products that are not only userfriendly but also commercially viable and scalable.
Innovate and Execute: Lead the development of innovative products that integrate hardware and software ensuring a seamless user experience. Your technical and industry expertise will help navigate complex challenges and bring cuttingedge solutions to market.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering data science marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams will be essential in bringing our products to life.
Drive Market Growth: Identify market opportunities and drive product initiatives that support Greenelys expansion. You will play a key role in scaling our platform ensuring it meets the needs of a growing customer base and adapts to market dynamics.
Ensure Quality and Performance: Take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to launch to postlaunch performance. You will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed quality standards driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar lead role with a strong track record of delivering customerfocused products.
Strong background in product development with a deep understanding of the intersection between hardware and software.
Experience leading product strategy and execution in a growthoriented or scaleup environment.
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful product strategies.
Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing customer satisfaction with business objectives.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams.
A proactive approach to problemsolving with a focus on driving innovative and commercially sound solutions.
Experience with agile methodologies and a focus on continuous improvement.
