Professional Relations Manager Haematology
- Due to a promotion we are recruiting a new Professional Relations Manager for our Haematology Team within the Oncology Business Unit

Reporting to the Haematology Business Unit Manager the PRMs primary objective is to rapidly build relationships with external experts to develop and execute tactics involving those experts aligned to brand strategy. The PRM is an integral role within the brand team actively contributing towards the Brand Strategy by continually sharing insight from expert engagements that will drive new ideas and initiatives for the Brand Team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strong collaboration with the In Field Team to drive advocacy on a local regional level and national level and to support IFT peer to peer execution
- Integration with cross functional team to drive core EE engagement and development in line with the tactical plan
- Management of international and national congresses advisory boards and national promotional meetings including speaker identification and briefing
- Management of agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief on time and within budget
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level and ABPI qualified
- Detailed understanding of the NHS
- Experience in effectively working in crossfunctional teams and matrix environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence experts
- Strong scientific knowledge
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a Professional Relations type role
- Knowledge of Haematology is advantageous
- Knowledge and relationships with key Oncology/Haematology stakeholders
- Marketing/Project Management or other relevant experience that compliment this role
