Job Description
- Lead the team Strategic Core Service incl. developing and managing transport network Logistics Suppliers as well critical operations for around 50 plants in APAC; leading Intercontinental Transport tenders with close collaboration with Purchasing GS corporate team and GB Steering Committee; continuously optimizing supply chain network and rolling out global TMS & InTrack system and so on.
- Conduct Supply Chain Resilience based on risk evaluation and lead regional Crisis Task Force during COVID19 UA War RedSea crisis and other black swan incidents to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with all related stakeholders to ensure RB business continuity and the best costperformance.
- Develop & lead Local4Global projects enhance Digitalization Transformation and lay solid foundation for business decisions.
- Develop and maintain team talents based on futureoriented business competence and digital skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor/masters degree in industrial engineering Supply Chain Logistics Transportation Intl trade or other equivalent.
- 10 years experience in supply chain management international transportation. Leadership in the past is a plus.
- Sharp business acumen strong decisionmaking skills on a high level of sophistication.
- Ability to work and deliver with complex stakeholders. Capable of leading a 10 team into high performance under huge pressure.
- Tender management experience is preferred with strong PM skill.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills. Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
- Accountable proactive customer oriented and selfmotivated ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic work environment.
