Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Finance for one of the worlds leading solar equipment suppliers based in Suzhou. This role focuses on managing accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and financial compliance. Reporting to the US Head of Finance the ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise operational efficiency and leadership to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee AP AR payroll and general ledger operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
Manage cash flow and working capital ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
Drive process improvements to enhance accounting operations and financial workflows.
Lead mentor and develop a highperforming finance team.
Collaborate with the US finance team to align policies timelines and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
8 years of accounting experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities with fluency in English and Mandarin.
