Key Responsibilities
- Outbound and Inbound Prospecting: Identify qualify and nurture leads based on BANT (Budget Authority Need and Timing) criteria.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer strategic solutions.
- CRM Optimization: Use advanced CRM tools to track lead generation monitor outreach activities and update client data.
- Collaboration: Align efforts with Sales Account Managers (SAMs) Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Marketing Teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Market Understanding: Conduct research to understand market trends client industries and business models to create targeted campaigns.
Qualifications
Were looking for passionate proactive and resultsdriven individuals who possess the following:
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in German (Nativelevel or C2).
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of enterpriselevel sales experience preferably in lead generation or outbound sales.
- Experience using industryleading CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Sales Expertise:
- Strong understanding of solution selling and the ability to qualify prospects according to specific business needs.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and closing opportunities.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work with diverse teams and align processes to achieve shared goals.
- Soft Skills: Great communication problemsolving abilities time management and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Working Conditions:
- Contract Type: Fulltime (39 hours/week Monday Friday 09:00 AM 6:00 PM).
- Hybrid Setup: Primarily onsite with potential flexibility in the future.
