We are seeking a skilled Oracle HRMS Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or higher. The ideal candidate will have handson expertise in implementing Oracle Payroll tailored to Sri Lankan localization and a proven track record of successful endtoend implementations of HR and Payroll modules across both private and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Implement and configure Oracle Payroll solutions based on Sri Lankan localization requirements.
- Lead and support endtoend implementations of HR and Payroll modules ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and standards.
- Conduct system testing troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or higher.
- Indepth knowledge of Oracle Payroll with Sri Lankan localization experience.
- Proven track record in implementing HR and Payroll modules in both private and government sectors.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Oracle EBS or related modules.
- Experience with additional HRMS or ERP modules.
- Familiarity with global HR and payroll practices.
