Job Description
- Develop and propose tailored solutions leveraging trade finance products and systems to meet client objectives.
- Oversee or assist in the deployment of trade finance solutions ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
- Work closely with banks financial institutions and internal teams including vendors and IT departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Provide training to endusers and create comprehensive documentation for processes workflows and system configurations.
- Ensure that trade finance processes align with international standards (e.g. UCP 600 ISBP ICC guidelines) and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Provide ongoing functional support to clients including troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trade finance applications.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in trade finance and banking operations.
- Handson experience with trade finance platforms (e.g. SWIFT Misys/ Finastra Trade360 Surecomp)
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Information Technology or a related field.
- A Master s degree or professional certification in Trade Finance (e.g. CDCS DIT) is a plus.
- Knowledge of DB2 and SQL will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convert business needs to technology solutions.
