Job Description

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for the Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) specifically the General Ledger (GL) and User Management modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and implement solutions within the EBS framework.
  • Perform regular system audits updates and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for EBS configurations procedures and user guides.
  • Train and support endusers on EBS functionalities particularly in the GL and User Management modules.
  • Assist in the implementation of new features and upgrades in the EBS environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and best practices in system administration.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Certification in Oracle EBS or relevant Oracle technologies is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) particularly in the General Ledger (GL) and User Management modules.
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently / as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non technical users.


Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in Oracle EBS or relevant Oracle technologies is a plus Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly in the General Ledger (GL) and User Management modules. Knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently / as part of a team. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non- technical users.
