- Provide technical support and maintenance for the Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) specifically the General Ledger (GL) and User Management modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and implement solutions within the EBS framework.
- Perform regular system audits updates and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation for EBS configurations procedures and user guides.
- Train and support endusers on EBS functionalities particularly in the GL and User Management modules.
- Assist in the implementation of new features and upgrades in the EBS environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and best practices in system administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Certification in Oracle EBS or relevant Oracle technologies is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) particularly in the General Ledger (GL) and User Management modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases SQL and PL/SQL.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently / as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non technical users.
