Core responsibilities Identify and execute projects that align with strategic business objectives either independently or as part of a team. Conduct assessments and analytical studies to uncover productivity opportunities in imperfect data environments. Develop manage and implement continuous improvement strategies driving initiatives to completion. Lead and participate in Rapid Improvement events to deliver quick wins and sustainable results. Drive change across diverse cultural contexts integrating solutions across multiple business functions and geographies. Design improve and standardize internal process plans focusing on operational excellence in heavily regulated environments. Present business requirements for technology implementations based on deep process knowledge ensuring alignment with business needs. Support the deployment of automation technologies (e.g. RPA AI) in collaboration with technology teams driving innovation in business processes. Report on program status metrics and outcomes while actively engaging with Regional and Global Productivity teams on enhancing the EmPower program. Deliver training and provide coaching for Lean Six Sigma belts guiding them to achieve certification. What would success in the role look like Effective delivery of impactful projects that advance strategic goals including the adoption of innovative technologies and the standardization of best practices across business units. A successful candidate will demonstrate mastery of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies providing measurable improvements in efficiency cost savings and process quality. Clear communication and engagement with stakeholders will ensure alignment with business objectives fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
