Job Description

The Process Automation Engineer designs develops and implements robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. This role requires strong analytical and problemsolving skills proficiency in RPA software and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

Your Job Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying automation opportunities within the business to improve efficiency
  • Understanding company and customer challenges and how integrating AI capabilities (RPAs Chatbots Voicebots Text Analytics etc.) can help create solutions
  • Leading crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
  • Tracking designing developing and implementing RPA systems and measure their effectiveness
  • Creating applicable process documentation
  • Assuring the quality of the automation

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required preferably in Engineering 
  • 3 5 years of experience in Automation solution development
  • Proven experience with ML deep learning Alteryx Automation Anywhere Python Power Platform NLP SAP Cognigy etc
  • Experience with Agile Methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior HVAC or related industry experience is a plus.
  • MSOffice and SAP experience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments.
  • Good social team and communication skills.
  • Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Proactive and structured working style and ability to work under pressure.
