About the Role:
In this role youll engage with potential clients and help them join and feel at home on our clients platform. Your enthusiasm and sales skills will be key to driving engagement and building lasting relationships.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Making outbound calls to introduce new clients to our exciting platform.
- Utilizing your market knowledge to connect authentically with prospects.
- Applying consultative selling techniques tailored to individual client needs.
- Demonstrating strong questioning skills to identify decisionmakers.
- Mastering digital marketing knowledge to pitch highvalue services.
- Planning and influencing through strategic thinking and media skills.
- Handling objections confidently and resiliently.
Were Looking for Someone Who:
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Has an interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Maintains a proactive positive attitude in all endeavors.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
What We Offer:
- Training and Development: A 15day comprehensive training program covering all the essentials from software to customer management.
- Competitive Compensation:
- Starting monthly salary of 920 gross.
- Additional allowances including:
- Holiday allowance: 76.67
- Christmas allowance: 76.67
- Meal allowance: 154 (based on 7.00 per day for 22 working days).
- Training compensation of 278.40 for the training period.
- Potential bonuses up to 320 based on performance.
- Working Hours & Conditions: 40hour workweek with an extra hour for lunch breaks. Youll follow a Portuguese work schedule which includes compensation for public holidays.
- Benefits:
- Private health and dental insurance upon signing the contract.
- A meal allowance on a prepaid card exempt from social security and IRS contributions.
- Career Progression: Start with a 12month contract with potential renewal and a permanent contract after two years.
