Position: GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor
Location: Remote Portugal (OnSite in Porto available if preferred)
Industry: Web Services

Prior Experience: Preferred but not required

Job Overview:
We are seeking a GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our team remotely in Portugal. This role will involve providing topnotch customer support to our Germanspeaking clients and offering assistance for web services. While prior experience in customer service is beneficial it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our companys products and services to provide accurate information and support.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing updating and tracking orders.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and help customers use our digital services (training provided).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and share feedback to help enhance our services and products.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 19:00 (Rotative Shifts)
  • Late Shifts: Possibility to extend the shift until 21:00
  • Days Off: 2 days (rotative)

Relocation:

  • Relocation from outside of Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare after 180 days of the contract up to 400 in economy class.
  • Relocation from inside of Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs after 180 days of contract up to 150 in economy class.
  • Temporary Accommodation:
    • From outside of Portugal: Hotel room for 28 days depending on the project.
    • From inside of Portugal: Hotel room for 15 days depending on the project.
    • Shared Apartment for International Relocators: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent of 280 including utilities (deducted directly from the payslip).
    • Note: Temporary accommodation is available based on project needs.
