The Commercial Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for leveraging existing agent relationships and books of business in Central Pennsylvania to enhance NJMs market position. This role is key in recommending new commercial lines distribution partners pursuing upsell and crosssell opportunities coordinating new business proposals and maintaining robust agency relations. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in their territory while working remotely.

- Review competitor plans and collaborate with underwriting for best pricing
- Lead the annual planning process and monitor implementation
- Maintain agency and broker profiles
- Attend corporate functions and industry events
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of overall sales experience with 45 years in commercial lines
- Knowledge of insurance underwriting procedures
- Experience in marketing sales or relationship management within the central PA market
- Stable work history with a commitment to continuous learning
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
- Continuing education credits in insurance required
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 45 years of experience in commercial insurance
- Proven ability to maintain and build relationships with agencies and brokers
- Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines

Do you have a minimum 45 years commercial insurance company experience in insurance industry specifically in either Commercial Lines Marketing Sales Production Underwriting Distribution and/or Relationship Management within the central PA market must maintain and remain current with their producers state licenses and continuing education credits
