About the Role:
We are looking for a Germanspeaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mlaga Spain. In this onsite position you will provide highquality technical assistance to our Germanspeaking clients ensuring that they receive effective and timely solutions to their technical issues. As part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems offering stepbystep assistance and ensuring that customers have the best experience possible. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Germanspeaking customers assisting them with product setup troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Use your problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues over the phone via email or chat ensuring clients receive timely and accurate solutions.
- Offer stepbystep guidance for users facing challenges with products or services ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and product development to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications and technical processes to ensure expertlevel support.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system tracking issues and solutions for future reference.
- Identify and report recurring technical issues or trends to the product development team to contribute to system improvements.
- Monitor ticketing systems to ensure timely response times and effective case resolution.
- Provide proactive advice and guidance to customers on how to optimize their product use ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on new product features services and industry trends.
- Help maintain a positive customerfocused environment by always delivering excellent support.
Profile Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C2) both written and spoken is required to effectively communicate with Germanspeaking customers.
- English proficiency (B2) to collaborate with international teams and document cases.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role with a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of hardware/software products or IT systems and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Problemsolving skills with the ability to handle technical issues independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easytounderstand manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Comfortable working onsite in Mlaga.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
