Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a client who is recruiting for a German speakingAccount Directorfor the clients offices inMalaga.
Position:Account Director
Location: Malaga Spain
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the company.
- Prepare clear briefings for all teams involved including creative social production and others.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams external partners and the client.
- Create detailed work plans to guide project execution.
- Oversee and manage the budget to ensure effective resource allocation and financial control.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well asEnglish fluency (B2 level).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital strategies and managing digital projects.
- Formal education or a Masters degree in digital marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an agency or marketing department.
- Strong proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid project management abilities including handling milestones deadlines resources and budgets.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and effectively contribute to the teams goals.
