Now were looking for a Talent Acquisition to help us find exceptional talent for our German clinics and beyond!
Your Role:
- Attract and source highquality candidates through a variety of channels.
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring for every level of positions.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent including employer branding initiatives.
- Work with hiring managers to develop eective job descriptions that accurately explain functions and qualications for individual roles as well as dene the target candidate prole.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment eorts to build a diverse workforce.
- Communicate feedback effectively to applicants.
- Support employer branding initiatives as required.
- Participate in talent acquisition and other people department projects to improve people KPIs such as employee satisfaction turnover rate retention of talents dismissal rate average time for recruitment cost per hire etc
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven recruitment experience ideally in healthcare or a fastpaced startup.
- Fluency in French or Italian.
- Fluency in English or Spanish
- Passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
- Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
