Job Description
- Specialization in Amorphous Metal Distribution Transformers (AMDT)
- Hands on experience in designing AMDT till 2500kVA(till 33kV)
- Shall be able to design independently without depending on system Softwares.
- Must be proficient in developing Transformer Design Software for Amorphous Metal & CRGO Core Distribution Transformers
- Hands on experience in designing of AMDT suitable to IEC/ ANSI test requirements.
- Knowledge on Amorphous Transformers overall manufacturing set up
- Must have adequate Process knowledge of core loops & Amorphous Metal Distribution Transformers manufacturing along with resolving production issues
- Stream lining Production activities Optimizing factory lay out for efficient material movement AMDT testing and troubleshooting is required.
- Standardize & maintain design Data base with PRI.
- Coordinate in identifying suitable manufacturers for Core manufacturing.
- Exposure to global markets and International Standards of Transformers desirable
