What Were Looking For:
Were seeking a motivated Creative & Design Specialist who is eager to contribute to the growth of our agency. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating impactful visual content and eager to drive the creative vision from concept to completion. You should be:
Creative and clear: You have ideas and your own creative vision and the ability to execute them clearly.
Experienced: You have professional experience of executing multiple creative design projects.

Accountable and responsible: Youre able to take up responsibility for the understanding and execution of projects.
Having leadership qualities: Youre able to manage and grow a team of design executives interns and other creative team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce graphics that align with our brands aesthetic and voice.
Collaborate with our core team to develop visual content that amplifies our campaigns as well as the brands we work for.
Participate in brainstorming sessions contributing innovative ideas that drive our visual storytelling.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts graphics and layouts.
Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms while adhering to the latest design trends and techniques.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 23years of experience in creative & graphic design.
A keen understanding of how design works for digital and difference in the visuals for different target audiences.
A keen eye for detail and possession of creative flair versatility conceptual/visual ability and originality.
Proficiency in standard graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Figma).
A collaborative spirit ready to work in tandem with various teams.
Eagerness to learn adapt and flourish in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to interact communicate and present ideas.
Prior experience or understanding of the media production and digital marketing domains will be a plus
