Community Health Team Leader

-To lead the Community Health team response to COVID-19 in Zataari camp in collaboration with the team lead, CH nurses, health coordinators and other team members.

-Design and coordinate the capacity building plan for Community Health team in response to COVID-19.

-To lead the CH nurses who will be response to COVID-19 which may include assessment, education and medication distribution.

-Establish and strength communication channels with community health workers whom are distributed geographically around the supported health facilities, such communication need to on regular basis and documented for the sake of information management credibility.

-Arrange and quantify the needs of supplies, consumables and possibly medications for the community health teams via clear coordination with operations department.

-Develop and provide revision on the communication material with targeted community like the IEC material educational flyers, ensure the delivery of such items accordingly, in relation to COVID-19 response in Zataari camp.
