Job Description

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join the Sofitel London St James team as a Reservations Executive. If you have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent communication skills we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

As our Reservations Executive you will:

Ensure exceptional customer service and efficient handling of reservation inquiries.

Efficiently coordinate the daytoday operations of the reservations department including managing room availability rates and special requests.

Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Interact with guests to assist with reservation inquiries provide information about the hotels offerings and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Work closely with other departments such as Front Office and Sales to optimise room inventory maximise revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.

Generate and analyse reservation reports to identify trends monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement.


Qualifications :

Entitlement to work in the UK is mandatory for this position.

Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems Including Opera.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A high standard of personal presentation with confident professional and welcoming personality.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Please note this is a fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension or becoming permanent.
