Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Director to lead their UK operations within the wealth management sector. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic mindset a deep understanding of financial markets and a proven track record in client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to the investment and advisory teams ensuring the delivery of highquality financial services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth individuals and families understanding their unique financial needs and objectives.
Oversee portfolio management activities ensuring optimal investment strategies are employed to meet client goals.
Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments to provide insightful advice to clients and the firm.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the firms reputation for integrity and excellence.
Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; an advanced degree (such as an MBA) is preferred.
Significant experience (10 years) in wealth management investment management or a related financial service environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving financial performance.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
Relevant industry certifications are essential.
