Our client is seeking an accomplished Head of Investment Advice to oversee their investment advisory team in Cyprus. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in investment management and a passion for delivering highquality personalised advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the firms investment advisory strategy for the Cyprus market aligning with overall business objectives and client needs.
Lead and mentor the investment advisory team fostering a culture of collaboration excellence and continuous learning.
Provide expert investment advice to highnetworth clients ensuring strategies are aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends investment opportunities and potential risks.
Oversee the development and implementation of investment portfolios ensuring optimal asset allocation in line with clients objectives.
Monitor investment performance and client satisfaction making necessary adjustments to advisory approaches as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing proactive communication and support.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices within the advisory function.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or relevant professional qualifications (CFA CFP) is preferred.
Significant experience (10 years) in investment management or financial advisory roles with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed investment decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clientcentric approach to service delivery and relationship management.
Indepth knowledge of investment products asset classes and portfolio management strategies relevant to the Cyprus market.
